The resulting deliverables are a report of actionable recommendations and suggested assignments relative to the recommendations.
The Operational Planning Accelerator is designed for companies that already have a strategic plan in place but seek to refocus their managers on achieving strategic outcomes and managing plan tactics. The Accelerator acts as a tune-up to get the execution of the plan in line with expectations or to keep a company’s momentum going in the right direction.
The time commitment required of executives in the Operational Planning Accelerator is limited to collecting and sending strategic plan materials, participation in the 1.5 day workshop, and review of the findings and recommendations report.
