Cablevision Systems Corp. (NYSE: CVC) today announced the addition of CNBC to Optimum TV to GO. Customers who receive the network as part of their Optimum TV cable service can keep current with access to CNBC’s unparalleled business news programming and global financial market coverage on any Internet-connected computer in the United States.

NBCUniversal’s TV Everywhere is expanding its initiative, enabling subscription TV customers to access CNBC video programming online at any time, wherever they are. CNBC programming now available on Optimum TV to GO includes:

- Squawk on the Street
- Closing Bell
- Mad Money w/Jim Cramer
- American Greed
Optimum TV residential customers must have the Optimum Value package and above as part of their subscription for authorized Optimum TV to GO access to CNBC. To access the network on Optimum TV to GO, customers simply go to http://optimum.net/tvtogo on their desktop or laptop, select CNBC, sign in with their Optimum ID and password, make their viewing selection and begin watching. Optimum TV customers can also go directly to the CNBC’s TV Everywhere website on their computer, CNBC.com, where they will receive sign-in instructions to verify their Optimum credentials, allowing them access to the network’s programming.
Optimum currently offers access to more than 50 networks on Optimum TV to GO, which are available anywhere in the U.S. where a customer can connect to the Internet. Optimum customers who also subscribe to Optimum Online high-speed Internet service have the additional convenience and flexibility of being able to access Optimum TV to GO services when away from home using of Optimum WiFi -– the nation’s largest WiFi network, with more than 80,000 hotspots across Cablevision’s Tri-State service area.
