Keystone Pacific Property Management, a leading community association management company that provides management services throughout Southern California is excited to announce the promotion of Tracie Manriquez from Community Association Manager to Group Coordinator.

In her new position as Group Coordinator, Tracie will primarily coordinate a select team of managers to ensure a high level of service to our clientele. She will also be responsible for managing particular accounts from the company’s Riverside and Orange County Property Management portfolio.

Tracie Manriquez joined the Keystone Pacific Property Management team in 2009 and is a member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM®), through which she has obtained her certification as a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®).
