Our cooking classes are unique; we offer recipes and instruction that cater to niche foodie groups.
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) November 08, 2011
San Francisco’s organic foods, Real Food Company, is offering a number of cooking classes in the fall. The class offerings cover a wide range of topics including raw foods, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free cooking, holiday appetizers and cheese appreciation. Each of the eight classes is taught by local food experts including chefs, cooking instructors and nutritionists. In class, students will make use of local and organic ingredients available in their local grocery stores.
Classes for the rest of the season are scheduled for Nov. 9, Nov. 15 and Dec. 8 with a cheese appreciation class on Nov. 10. The classes will be held at the company’s commercial kitchen in its Fillmore store, 3060 Fillmore St., San Francisco, CA 94123.
“Our cooking classes are unique; we offer recipes and instruction that cater to niche foodie groups. Many people want to partake in the spirit of holiday indulgence while still acknowledging food preferences that include gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan or raw celebration styles. These classes were designed with them in mind,” says Christine Eubanks, Marketing Director for Real Food Company.
