Tara Moore of RE/MAX Select was selected as one of REALTOR® Magazine's "30 under 30" for 2015. Each year, the National Association of REALTORS® sets out to find 30 rising young stars in the real estate industry that understand the importance of building strong customer and community relationships. The 2015 nominees feature a mix of broker-owners/managers and salespeople, representing all sectors of the market from commercial real estate to rental property management.
The Winter Garden, Florida resident is one of 30 who made the final cut, and she is the lone REALTOR® from the Central Florida Region on the list. Tara Moore shared some insight on what has attributed to her success:
"I operate with a relational mindset. The transaction is part of our business, but I’m constantly working to build a relationship that will result in trust and future referrals. I tell clients my goal for the transaction is that they’ve not only had a positive experience with my services but also become informed and knowledgeable real estate consumers. It’s my responsibility to promote knowledge of our industry among consumers. The greatest compliments I receive from clients are that I treat them like family — with honesty, care, and respect — and that I taught them about real estate."
In 2014, the real estate market showed promise and momentum per the recent comments of Jonathan Smoke, chief economist for realtor.com®. "Increases in job creation and gross domestic product (GDP) have had a significant impact on consumer confidence and home buyer demand. Paired with historically low interest rates, these factors kept properties moving quickly with median time on market at approximately 90 days."
