The Citi Mortgage short sale process is explained by Kris Lindahl in the newly released "Citi Mortgage Short Sale Process" video. "The first step, is to find an experienced short sale agent," Kris Lindahl, the top Orono MN. short sale agent explains. Kris Lindahl continues describing the Citi Mortgage short sale process, "Once you have listed the property with an experienced short sale agent, the agent will market the property to find a buyer. When a buyer is found, it is time to sign the purchase agreement, if all the terms are acceptable," Kris Lindahl remarks. "Next, it is time to submit the documents to the bank."
"The documents that are required by Citi Mortgage are bank statements, pay stubs, Letter of Authorization, W2's, taxes, plus any additional documents that Citi Mortgage requires," Kris Lindahl explains, and continues "At that point, the negotiator is going to order a BPO, or an appraisal, to find out the value of the property to determine whether the bank will accept the offer from the buyer. If the bank accepts the offer, the property will then move into closing, and the bank will close the short sale."
