Auto Follow Up saves time and increases the Outlook email productivity by automatically sending email follow up messages when a contact failed to reply to an email after a specified period of time. Auto Follow Up is integrated with the Microsoft Outlook interface, so users can enable follow up tracking for a given message by simply clicking a button on their message compose window.
Users can choose to use follow up emails when the message is composed or they can select an already sent email and enable follow up for it. Auto Follow Up supports a wide variety of follow up options, so users can easily decide how to follow up on each message. The user can specify how long to wait for a reply before triggering the follow up email, enter the email content of the follow up message, choose how many follow up emails to be sent and how long to wait between them, select to be alerted or not before the follow up message is sent or manage follow up alerts.
