OZone Fit Brings Health and Fitness Radio Talk Show to 1320 KFAN

OZone Fit, a leader in delivering optimal health and fitness education at its training facility in Draper, Utah and through an innovative online portal at ozonefit.com, has announced the launch of the OZone Fit radio show, a health and fitness talk show on 1320 KFAN, the sports leader. The show, currently in its fourth week of production, is hosted by OZone Fit co-founder Chris Armstrong and actor and fitness enthusiast Curt Doussett. On air each Thursday from 8-10 p.m., the show features special guests to help tackle Utah’s fitness and nutrition questions.

“Our goal is to help people involve and educate themselves in fitness; the OZone Fit show on 1320 KFAN accomplishes that goal,” commented OZone Fit co-founder Chris Armstrong. “The show motivates people to join the OZone fitness culture, which is based around rewards and social training to help achieve optimal fitness for life.”

OZone Fit radio show listeners will receive insight from experts with extensive experience in exercise science, youth training, weight loss, nutrition, supplements and various other fitness related topics. Former University of Utah and Baltimore Ravens free safety Antwoine T. Sanders is set to appear as a regular guest on the show to discuss youth fitness and training.

Yoga fit certified instructor Roni Nieves Laws appeared on the OZone Fit show on November 4th to discuss the importance of flexibility and how yoga training can be beneficial for athletes. Other past OZone Fit radio show discussions have covered America’s obesity epidemic and effective youth training, while show guests have included Olympic bobsledder Bill Schuffenhauer, 2014 Olympic speed skating hopeful Josh Wood and OZone Fit personal trainer Will Osterberg. Upcoming shows will include conversations on how to overcome holiday eating trends and bad habits, benefits of workout preparation and information on steroid use. Health care expert and owner of Naturally Slim, Marcia Upson as well as Earl Hurst, Executive Vice President of Moreton & Company will appear on the November 18th show to discuss health care and the high cost of obesity.
