As an innovative therapeutic wilderness program located on the Big Island of Hawaii, Pacific Quest is pleased to welcome Annette Glass as a Primary Clinician. Annette earned her Masters and license in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a therapist, Annette specializes in trauma, grief and loss, substance abuse treatment, depression, anxiety and working with individuals struggling with emotional regulation, and distress. In addition to her work as a therapist, Annette served as an adjunct faculty/instructor at Brandman University, where she worked closely with young adults pursuing Bachelors and Masters degrees in Psychology.

Annette was born in Santa Cruz, California and was fortunate to live in a natural setting that offered her a variety of opportunities to experience a healthy and active lifestyle. She learned from a young age that living a healthy and active lifestyle is central to overall wellness. Annette states, “When I first discovered Pacific Quest, I was amazed at how the philosophy of the program deeply resonated with my own.”

Annette is passionate about the outdoors and helping clients gain the tools they need to live healthy and productive lives. As part of the clinical team, her goal is to provide students with valuable skills focusing on self-respect, direction, and integrity. Annette adds, “I believe each young person is unique in his or her journey and I’m honored to help them find their path at Pacific Quest.”
