General Mills, L'Oreal, Perrigo and other Leading CPG Companies to Speak at Packaging Automation Forum 2010

Packaging Automation Forum explores the benefits of leading-edge controls and information technologies for manufacturers, packagers and machine builders (OEMs). This year's conference will focus on strategies for improving manufacturing and packaging line performance.

This year's Packaging Automation Forum brings together experts from leading consumer products companies who will demonstrate how emerging technologies can enhance manufacturing and packaging line performance. Produced by Packaging World and Automation World magazines with promotional support from ARC Advisory Group, this educational conference will be held at the InterContinental Chicago O'Hare Hotel on May 4.

Packaging and manufacturing professionals from renowned confectioner Mars, pharmaceutical manufacturer Perrigo, and cosmetics giant L'Oreal will discuss MES and OEE software implementations that can boost efficiency and performance. Managers from General Mills, Lion Nathan Brewery, Q4 Integral Group and Pepsico will cover appropriate use of standards, supply chain optimization, integrating packaging into ERP systems, and more. Attendees can register for additional instruction on PackML implementation and Make2Pack and Connect-and-Pack concepts via an optional training Workshop on May 3.
