While the country's finest deep-sea anglers vie for a record-setting billfish and over $1 million in cash prizes, thousands of fishing enthusiasts and supporters will enjoy the wide array of Tournament festivities and cheer as the fish are weighed in on Friday and Saturday evenings. The festivities begin on Wednesday July 11th at 6:00 pm with a Dock party that includes exhibitor booths, food booths, entertainment and a party on the Lagoon beginning at 10:30 pm. Thursday morning kicks off with the Annual Billfish Golf Tournament and the Dock Party begins again at 5:00pm. The cannon firing, which signals the beginning of the tournament is scheduled for 8:29 pm Thursday evening. Live entertainment and another Party on the Lagoon continue into the evening. The dock parties continue on Friday and Saturday starting at 6:00 pm with the official weigh-ins for the day. A television broadcast of the event is scheduled to start at 7:00pm on Saturday.
