Paradigm Sample™ has completed its integration of Data Innovation, Inc.’s key panel assets and personnel, which expands Paradigm’s customer base and broadens its management team.
New Mobile Survey Capability
With the integration of Data Innovation’s mobile and panel assets, Paradigm Sample is leveraging the mobile platform to reach audiences that are traditionally hard to find with online recruitment. “The mobile platform strongly supplements our core online sample supply. Additionally, we are very excited about our new offering, MobilePulse™, which enables clients to get instant feedback at point of purchase, events, and other venues,” said Sima Vasa, CEO of Paradigm Sample.

- Sima Vasa, CEO, brings 20 years of experience in building and growing market research businesses. Positions include: Senior Partner at Momentum Market Intelligence, President of NPD Techworld at the NPD Group, IBM Business Intelligence Group, and Intelliquest (now Millard Brown). Sima has a Finance MBA from NYU’s Stern School and a BSM from Drexel.
- Robert Gray, COO, has over 25 years of experience and has delivered large scale global market research studies, built and managed call centers and database operations teams across the globe. Positions include: Vice President of Operations at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) where he was responsible for four call centers and managed a team of 500 people across the globe, Insignia Solutions, and Ashton Tate. Robert graduated with a BSBA from Bryant College.
- Cyrus Deyhimi, CFO and CMO, has 20 years of experience in high tech, outsourcing, and management consulting (signed nearly $1B in outsourcing business). Positions/clients include: Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) Account Executive Continental Airlines, Cendant (Worldspan), Goldman Sachs, and IBM Microprocessor R&D Group. He received a BSEE from UT Austin and his Finance MBA from NYU’s Stern School, both with honors.
- Stephen Dodge, Vice President of Sales, has over 10 years of sales and account management experience at the NPD Group, most recently as Director, Consumer Technology focused on the printing and imaging sector. Stephen holds an MBA from Babson College, F.W. Olin School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from Quinnipiac University.
