Paramount Industries, Inc., a world-class product development - rapid deployment, and manufacturing services company, today announced the appointment of Gary Bredael to General Manager. He will continue reporting directly to Paramount president and CEO Jim Williams.

Bredael will drive sales, as well as, oversee all aspects of operations while maintaining a smooth flow of work between the model making, investment casting, injection molding, urethane casting, design and engineering departments. His primary responsibility is to assure that the company stays on schedule with prototyping and production while achieving goals set by Paramount’s executive board.

He has the perfect combination of industry experience and business acumen to take the lead in his new position.”

Paramount veteran Bredael has worked 21 years as VP of Sales providing leadership to company sales functions, implementing sales strategies and analyzing sales activity against goals. He holds an Associates degree in Industrial Model Making from Green Bay Community College and a Bachelor of Arts degree with concentration in Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

“I am honored to work with Jim Williams and the entire product development team at Paramount Industries,” said Bredael. “I look forward to taking the lead as General Manager as Jim’s presence is increasingly requested by leaders in the defense and aerospace industries. Paramount has played a key role in rapid prototyping of unmanned vehicles, as well as, the direct digital manufacturing of aircraft components. It is a pleasure to allow Jim to continue to become more actively involved in these high-profile fields.”

As president and CEO, Jim Williams will continue to oversee the company’s strategic plan, operations and financial performance. Additionally he will represent Paramount among other representatives of global industries, government agencies and academia to provide networking and advocacy. Williams was instrumental in launching the Keystone Chapter of the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems of which Paramount was a founding member. His reputation and work has enabled Paramount Industries to secure high profile government R&D projects such as the Honeywell T-Hawk and the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program.
