Tim Davenport to Present Parature and the Impact of Facebook on Customer Service to Fortune 500 IT Executives

The invite-only event is specifically designed for the 40+ person advisory board made up of IT executives from Fortune 500 companies across all major industries and throughout the US. This year’s theme is “Innovation – Emerging Technology – What Lies Ahead” and presentations will explore breakthrough uses of technology that are having direct impact on businesses today. The event will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel, Palo Alto in Palo Alto, CA September 13 – 14, 2010 in the Main Ballroom. Mr. Davenport will be presenting on Tuesday, September 14th in the Social Collaboration & SaaS track.
