By using webinars as our platform, we are able to further open ourselves up to the public, in addition to helping consumers decide what product best suits their needs
Paris (PRWEB) July 20, 2009
In its continued effort to educate the market on the benefits of fractional ownership and investing in shared vacation ownership in Paris, France, Paris Residence Club has announced a series of interactive webinars designed to help educate and promote fractional ownership, and answer any pending questions about its Parisian program. "By using webinars as our platform, we are able to further open ourselves up to the public, in addition to helping consumers decide what product best suits their needs," says Walid Halabi, CEO and founder of Paris Residence Club. "Of course we hope that participants will want to buy a share in Paris Residence Club, but promoting the industry is also a well-deserved shot in the arm for everyone," added Walid Halabi. The first webinars will be held on August 1st and 2nd. Each webinar will be recorded and subsequently posted on the company website in the form of a podcast for anyone to download and review. Anyone interested can register to participate in the webinars on our online events calendar.
"We spend most of our time and advertising dollars explaining what fractional ownership is all about, instead of concentrating our efforts on promoting our program," concedes Walid Halabi. "For instance, the vast majority of consumers are still confused about the difference between fractional ownership and time-share. This does not reflect well on our business and we intend on remedying the problem."
Instead of waiting for the industry to get its act together and start promoting this fantastic new vacation ownership vehicle, Paris Residence Club has decided to take the lead in educating the market on the various benefits that fractional ownership can offer, especially in today's difficult times.
Topics to be discussed throughout the webinars range from a basic introduction to fractional ownership, to various usage plans, and understanding the legal aspects of owning vacation property abroad, especially in Paris. "This really is for the consumer, and the direction our webinars end up taking is really up to them," Halabi adds. "I am looking forward to this face-to-face with clients with great enthusiasm."
The webinars are yet another step in Paris Residence Club's 'grass roots' efforts to educate people on the unique idea of fractional ownership and the formula that made a success of the Club. June launched the premier of Paris Residence Club's 'Meet the Developer' events and receptions in New York City and Washington DC, and early July the Club hit the streets of Manhattan to celebrate Bastille Day along with the Alliance Française in a street fair that attracted more than 25,000 people. More events are scheduled in other cities, including Los Angeles on July 22nd ((Events at Paris Residence Club).
Paris Residence Club founder and CEO is realistic about how much his company can accomplish on its own. "We can be bold and we can be creative. That's what is great about a boutique operation such as ours. But we cannot be as efficient on our own," says Walid Halabi. By banding together with other boutique operations around the world, CEO Halabi hopes to accomplish a lot more to help promote the fractional ownership industry and its image among consumers. He welcomes other, like-minded developers involved in this industry to contact him directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, in order to start reflecting on how best to coordinate everyone's efforts to promote fractional ownership as the greatest alternative to vacation ownership in a long time. "Clearly, together, we can accomplish a lot more than any of us can do alone, and everyone involved will undoubtedly benefit from this concerted effort," states Walid Halabi.
