Chandra Chaterji, PhD., has joined Passenger as Director of Solutions Development. He will be taking the lead on the development of insights solutions for the company that deliver the benefits of Passenger’s community management and technology platforms. He will develop approaches and methodologies that answer key client questions arising across the product lifecycle. Chaterji has extensive experience in marketing with an emphasis on analytics, insights and strategy and excels at leveraging insights to solve clients’ business problems. His background includes stints at J. Walter Thompson, where he was VP, Consumer Behavior, Visa, where he was VP, International Strategic Marketing and at TNS, where he was SVP of the Global IT Practice.
Whitney Miller, PhD. has also joined Passenger as Director of Insights in the New York office. Whitney will be responsible for working with Passenger teams to deliver insights guidance to clients. After receiving her Ph.D. in cultural anthropology from Harvard, Miller has worked in the communications and insights space in various capacities – Communications Consultant at Hall & Partners, Senior Manager of Insights at Viacom, and most recently as a Brand Futurist and Senior Director of Consumer Insights at an agency focused on luxury brands.
