The CPI PUE Calculator provides users with the ability to determine their data center cost savings by combining CPI Passive Cooling® Solutions with today's most effective cooling strategies including KyotoCooling®, water-side economizers or evaporative air-side economizers. To generate results, the CPI PUE Calculator uses each customer's current power usage effectiveness (PUE), total power consumption, cost of electricity and local temperature as recorded by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Organization. By utilizing these energy consumption and cost data points, this one-of-a-kind, complimentary online tool lists each user's current data center cooling cost, potential PUE for the year, cooling cost with economization, cooling cost with chiller plant efficiency improvements and total cooling savings. These estimated results can then be used by each user to identify how efficient CPI Passive Cooling Solutions would be in their exact data center environment when using the various cooling strategies.
