Mosaic Health Solutions, LLC. is pleased to announce the addition of personalized medical records and a myriad of other tools to its platform. HealthyFootsteps.com, currently in its Beta stage, will be adding more free innovative health tools prior to its live launch. Currently, the MedNotices application which offers free text message and email reminders for those taking medications or vitamins has been very successful. Healthyfootsteps.com current health trackers are focused on those who seek tools for depression, anxiety and panic. They plan on extending the trackers to other disease states prior to their mid-year estimated launch.

It's really the next logical step for consumers

As part of its commitment to helping consumers take control of their health, Mosaic Health Solutions has added yet another innovative tool to its Healthy Footsteps(SM) program: a personal medical records organizer. This allows families and individuals to keep all of their medical documentation--for example, medical history, test results, lab results, dental records, a list of all prescribed medications--in one secure, protected place online. As a result, patients maintain a complete picture of their health, gain immediate access to important records, can better protect their records from being misplaced or misfiled, have more flexibility when changing physicians and, when necessary, can more easily share this information with their health care practitioners.

"It's really the next logical step for consumers," says Andrew Rosen, Founder and CEO of Healthy Footsteps. "With so many changes happening in the health care industry, it is important that people take control of as many aspects of their health as possible. We're providing a service that both organizes and empowers people. And as with all the Health Footsteps products, the medical records organizer has been put through an extensive beta testing period."

At the same time, Healthy Footsteps is introducing another set of applications to ensure smoother physician visits. Mosaic's goal is forming alliances with health care providers nationwide to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to stay compliant. New solutions for hospitals and physicians will help assist in providing the best care possible for patients.

In addition, Healthy Footsteps already provides the following tools:

  • An interactive online tracking system for people coping with depression, anxiety and panic attacks that allows users to more effectively and efficiently manage their personal health--as well as print out reports that help both patient and physician view both small- and big-picture progress over time.
  • The MedNotices program, which provides free e-mail or text message reminders for those taking medications and vitamins.

Currently in the Beta test stage, Healthy Footsteps is scheduled to go live with a complete new design by mid-year. By that time, consumers will also be able to use the program to track other conditions including diabetes, insomnia and general wellness. Under development are a myriad of specialty Healthy Footsteps programs for the home health care sector, as well as innovative tools for seniors. All programs are free, easily accessible on the Web, and privacy protected.
