“Daily I’m reinventing and rebuilding myself. I invite all my readers to raise their bar of survival and strive to thrive and discover genuine self-esteem, self-worth courage and wisdom to be who they are meant to be.”

A traumatic brain injury put Paul Lamb into a coma. He was not expected to survive, and if he did he would likely be an invalid. His wife left him. When he woke up, defying the odds and his doctors’ expectations, he began a new life that he chronicles in his new book “Exploring the Iceberg” (published by Balboa Press).
“My book talks of me coming out of a coma after almost a month like a 6-year-old at midlife,
Lamb explains. “Daily I’m reinventing and rebuilding myself. I invite all my readers to raise their bar of survival and strive to thrive and discover genuine self-esteem, self-worth courage and wisdom to be who they are meant to be.”
An excerpt from “Exploring the Iceberg”:
“Learning is a life sentence … When Exploring the Iceberg you are discovering the truth. The truth is revealed more and more the deeper you go to know yourself. The more and more truth you discover the freer you become.”
Lamb’s writing has already been endorsed by a variety of sources, including journalist Ross Longbottom: “Paul Lamb doesn’t just talk a good game, he plays a good game… A crippling car accident and the breakdown of his marriage took him to the lowest levels of esteem. Paul has risen to walk the talk… and now tells his inspirational story and shares how we can all succeed by discovering what lies within the iceberg.”
