we will continue to add further women-only gyms to our network as we expand into other major cities around the UK over the next few months
London, UK (PRWEB) October 27, 2011
Over the coming months, payasUgym.com plans to secure further agreements with women-only gyms in London and in other towns and cities across the UK as it looks to expand its portfolio nationally. With over 150 gyms in London available, payasUgym.com is already able to offer a wide variety of gym facilities to its customers depending on their specific requirements and they see women-only gyms playing a key role in this offer in future.
By targeting non-members, payasUgym.com aims to get more people involved in health and fitness by removing some of the barriers that currently prevent some people participating. For many, the gym can be an intimidating place to be and although the industry has been working hard at softening this image it is widely accepted that more needs to be done.
Women-only gyms in London have proved to be extremely popular thanks to the additional privacy they can provide for their users. By focusing their offer on one particular user group, these gyms have been able to better understand and cater for their customers. This has enabled them to significantly differentiate their service compared to more generic gym facilities.
Having established relationships with some of the top women-only gyms in London, payasUgym.com is now looking to add similar gyms to its network in other areas with further launches planned for Manchester and Birmingham before the end of the year.
PayasUgym.com CEO, Jamie Ward said, “payasUgym.com has always set out to offer gym users the widest variety of facilities as possible and we see women-only gyms as a crucial part of this offer. In such a competitive environment many gyms are trying to differentiate themselves and there is a real demand for the privacy offered by women-only gyms. This is an area of the market that payasUgym.com massively supports and we will continue to add further women-only gyms to our network as we expand into other major cities around the UK over the next few months.”

The idea for payasUgym.com was created by Jamie Ward, Neil Harmsworth and Michael Blake after discussing the difficulties in finding decent gyms in London that you can just go to on a one-off basis.
payasUgym.com was launched in February 2011 and currently has over 150 gyms in London available and will be launching in several other major UK cities before the end of the year including Manchester and Birmingham.
