Families, friends and honored guests will gather with faculty and staff at the Bell Centre for Performing Arts on Saturday, May 8, 2010 to recognize the graduating class from PCU College of Holistic Medicine.
This year’s class includes graduates from all of the college’s natural health programs, including the Spa Practitioner, Acupuncturist, Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
“By entering the holistic medicine and natural health fields, our graduates will contribute greatly to the health care system in Canada,” says Dr. John Yang, Dean of Faculty and Clinic Director at PCU College in Burnaby. “As practitioners, they will complement Western medical practices and increase awareness about the benefits of natural medicine. I welcome them to the field and look forward to their professional contributions.”
The PCU College graduation ceremony will be held at the Bell Centre for Performing Arts, 6250 144th Street in Surrey, BC and is open to the public. Guest seating begins at 10:00am and the ceremony starts promptly at 10:30am. A reception will follow.
