The Alliance for Safe Practice, a non-profit organization supporting permanent makeup technicians, trainers and suppliers will present their proposal to reform state regulations governing permanent cosmetics at this year's International Intradermal Cosmetics Expo (IICE 2007). The Expo, permanent cosmetics' largest annual trade show and convention, will be held October 5 through 8 in Dallas. All Alliance members will be able to attend the event for free. The Alliance for Safe Practice, whose mission is to advance safe practice in the permanent cosmetic and tattoos industries and to be a source of accurate and unbiased reporting for the industry and the public, has long crusaded for more consistent state regulations that would elevate the standards for permanent cosmetics technicians and eliminate within the industry. Their proposal for regulatory reform is to be presented at a special session at this year's International Intradermal Cosmetics Expo IICE 2007 in Dallas, Texas October 5 - 8. The Alliance has arranged for all of its members to receive FREE ADMISSION to the trade show and educational conference. "Non-members who join the Alliance before September 20 will not only receive their full membership benefits but will also receive a free ticket to IICE 2007, a $399 value." IICE, the world's largest permanent cosmetics trade show and educational conference, has been held annually in North Texas for over 15 years. "IICE 2007 will offer more new features and hands-on training at this year's convention than any other event in its history."

This year's extravaganza will open Friday and extend until late Monday evening, offering attendees a full extra day of hands-on procedures and demonstrations in a newly expanded Grand Demonstration Ballroom at the elegant Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West. IICE 2007 is slated for October 5-8. Master Makeovers precede the convention, offering technicians the opportunity to receive permanent cosmetics and touchups from our industries finest technicians. Masters & Instructors Training and Certification will follow the convention, October 9th through the 12th.

The convention and trade show will offer more hands-on procedures, live demonstrations, multi media productions, new products and services and specialized training than any other event of its kind. "IICE 2007 will host the world's foremost authorities in the permanent cosmetic industry as they strengthen technicians' awareness of new developments and deliver proven techniques that work!" Production Manager, Michael Williams, will bring eighteen years of experience in cinematography, television, film, corporate and production. This year's show will introduce several preemptory foundation classes and continuing education courses for the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics AIIC's new Certification Programs.
