Recognizing the importance and prominence of Facebook and social media, the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) recently broadened its Facebook outreach for members. The enhanced page and group now offers more fitness education information and ongoing updates for members.

After a recent re-launch of its fitness-focused website, the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) has enhanced its Facebook page at [ to provide more relevant information for members.

Recent NESTA Facebook news has included a NESTA boot camp success story, information on injury rehab, links to other fitness blogs, exercises, recipes and more. The site is designed for fitness trainers, teachers and coaches.
