You can stay connected to everything that is new with the Fit Potato on your smart phone

With the new year, Dublin’s women’s fitness bootcamp, The Fit Potato is excited to launch a revamped mobile website to ensure all favorite Fit Potato links are easy to view on the go.

"You can stay connected to everything that is new with the Fit Potato on your smart phone," Francisco Gomez of The Fit Potato said. "Read the latest blog entries. Check out the events for 2012. Register for a personal training session or sign up for gait analysis. Need to contact the coach? It’s easy with our new mobile site."

The Fit Potato recently suggested on its blog, thefitpotato.com/blog, that rewarding oneself with a new pair of shoes or trip to the movies after reaching a fitness goal is an excellent way to keep on track. But The Fit Potato is taking it one step further by offering a rewards program for Fit Potato Members. Earn points and rewards by showing up to workouts, keeping on top of food journals and more.

“The Fit Potato Rewards Program is just one more motivation tool that coach offers that makes coming to workout fun. It helps me to stay focused on what I am doing right and keeps me from burning out,” said Amanda, a Dublin Bootcamp member.

Since 2008, The Fit Potato has served the Tri-Valley Communities of Danville, Dublin, Pleasanton and San Ramon with exceptional fitness training and running coaching. Certified personal trainer Francisco Gomez works one-on-one and in teams with men and women to overcome their physical and mental barriers. He will work with any clients to achieve their goals.

Join other women who share the goal of becoming physically fit with The Fit Potato’s specialized women's fitness bootcamps. Its bootcamp groups include women in all shapes and sizes, from women who are in excellent physical shape to women who have never made exercise a part of their lives. The women's fitness bootcamp begins with a personal assessment to highlight physical goals.

The Fit Potato can also provide a private in-home personal trainer to work directly with clients. With the Fit Potato’s exceptional personal trainers, anyone will remain personally motivated and receive healthy tips to stay on track toward physical fitness goals.
