This weekend, Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, in partnership with Schenectady County, hold Free Bike Safety Day to help children with bike safety and to learn proper bicycle maintenance.
Schenectady, NY (PRWEB) June 4, 2009 -- This weekend, Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, Schenectady County and the Schenectady county Traffic Safety Board will hold the Free Bicycle Safety Day. This event will provide a refresher course to the community's children on bike safety and proper bicycle maintenance.
The event will be held Saturday, June 6, 2009 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on the Schenectady County Community College West parking lot.
Not only will there be safe riding initiatives, the personal injury law firm is also offering participants a variety of safety-based events and exercises. In addition to safety exercises, Bike Safety Day will include:

- Stations to fit properly each child's helmet,
- Safe child ID program registration,
- A bicycle safety obstacle course, and
- Safety tips from local police officers from the Schenectady P.D., Schenectady County Sheriff's office, the Rotterdam P.D., the Niskayuna P.D. and the Glenville P.D.
