Personal Chefs Network announces the speaker list and agenda for the October Personal Chef Symposium.
Personal Chefs Network has assembled a roster of true experts to present at the Charleston Symposium. Speaking on Thursday October 16th will be Chef Anne Willan, founder of La Varenne Cooking School in Paris. Chef Anne is the author of more than two dozen books and is one of the most internationally renowned of today's cooking authorities.
Also speaking Thursday will be 20-year culinary veteran Chef Denise Vivaldo of Food Fanatics. In addition to her Wedding Workshop session Chef Denise will be presenting an optional full day session titled 'Everything Important to Food Presentation.' Chef Denise is an award-winning food stylist and a dynamic speaker.
Chef Mike Monahan of ChefsUSA will lead the marketing segment of the program with his 'Book It & Cook It' presentation on how to gain new clients.
Keynote Speaker on Friday October 17th will be Chef Michael Ruhlman, freelance journalist and writer, the author of eight books and co-author of four cookbooks. His works include The Making of a Chef, The Soul of a Chef and The French Laundry Cookbook. He has been a judge on the "Next Iron Chef" and on "Iron Chef America" as well as a featured guest on the Travel Channel's Anthony Bourdain's "No Reservations," Las Vegas and Cleveland episodes.
Other expert speakers include Kathleen Purvis, editor, writer and columnist for the Charlotte, NC Observer, who will speak on 'Working With The Press' and Registered Dietitian Charlotte Caperton-Kilburn on 'Working With A Dietitian.'
