"When clients are ready to seek out a lawyer for a personal injury or employment case, we are ready to represent them and go to court if we can’t reach a satisfactory settlement."

The Pearce Law Firm recently celebrated their 10th Anniversary with many friends, colleagues, and other attorneys the firm works with by renting out the MVP Suite at Citizens Bank Park to watch the Philadelphia Phillies play the Arizona Diamondbacks. The firm’s 30 guests enjoyed a relaxing night at the game, although the Phillies lost another game in a disappointing season.
Although the Phillies had a rough season, The Pearce Law Firm celebrated their most successful year to date. In 2002, Edith Pearce started the firm deciding to represent injured victims after defending companies and insurance companies for 10 years. Her inside knowledge allowed her to build a nationally-recognized firm helping victims of injuries. Over the last 10 years, the firm has grown to four attorneys, with an impressive team of paralegals and other support staff.
The firm has become known as being the attorneys to call when you need a Philadelphia personal injury lawyer. They have been called “outstanding” by their peers and have received numerous awards including the prestigious Super Lawyers, Rising Star, Philadelphia’s Best Lawyers and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates forum.
After 10 years of proven results, it’s no wonder they have gained national attention. Philadelphia injury lawyer, Edith Pearce applies her high I.Q. and inside knowledge to reach settlements for her clients. Pearce is a member of MENSA, the high I.Q. society. She is known for her intelligence and her ability to take on large insurance companies in complex personal injury cases. Her clients have called her caring, compassionate and tough.
“When clients are ready to seek out a lawyer for a personal injury or employment case, we are ready to represent them and go to court if we can’t reach a satisfactory settlement,” says Edith Pearce.
Pearce does more than simply represent her clients, particularly in regards to the maximum settlements that this Philadelphia personal injury lawyer obtains. In cases where an insurance company did not take clients seriously, The Pearce Law Firm is often able to reach impressive settlements by what one client described as “fighting tooth and nail.”
The Phillies Stadium (Citizens Bank Park) is a 43,651-seat baseball park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, home to the Philadelphia Phillies. The Phillies are a Major League Baseball team founded in 1883.
