Coady, who brings more than 15 years of enterprise sales and client management expertise to his new role, will guide the strategic direction and execution of Regent Education's sales team across direct and reseller channels.

Most recently, Coady served as Vice President of North American Sales for Plateau Systems, a leading provider of enterprise talent management solutions, where he was responsible for growing Plateau to the market share leader within the talent management space. For fiscal year 2007, Plateau showed a revenue gain of 58%.
