A leading international information security organization has selected Phoenix TS to receive the prestigious “Circle of Excellence” ATC 2011 Award for two years running.

Phoenix TS was chosen by EC-Council from a training partner network that includes over 450 learning centers in more than 87 countries.

“The fact that we are in the prestigious EC-Council ‘Circle of Excellence’ for the second year in a row is a testament to our commitment to high quality training and world-class customer service. We are proud to be among the top tier EC-Council Authorized Training Centers on the globe and are committed to broadening our presence in the cyber security training space,” said Ben Tchoubineh, CEO of Phoenix TS.

Training centers receive the “Circle of Excellence” ATC Award by demonstrating an above average ability to teach topics on information security. Factors heavily considered by EC-Council includes student feedback, pass rates for certifications, and the number of students trained in a year.

Certifications offered by EC-Council are quickly becoming the hottest information security certifications available. Programs include the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), the EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA) program, and License Penetration Tester (LPT) program.

The CEH security certification is also among the newest recognized under the DoD 8570 directive, which provides guidance and training for government employees engaged in Information Assurance functions. These roles are critical for government information security and require the latest training and certification.
