Living along the light rail creates a sense of vibrancy, it is a place where local culture develops and evolves at a greater speed and depth than in many suburban sleeper communities.

inPhoenix Realty Group announces a new section of its website titled “Living Along the Phoenix Light Rail.” This section of the website allows prospective home owners to search properties that are available. inPhoenix created property specific searches for clients that include homes, condos and lofts along the Phoenix section of the light rail from the Christown Mall Station to just before airport at I-51 then to Tempe and Mesa, but primarily in Central Phoenix.

There are a large variety of property types along the Phoenix light rail. There is a heavy concentration of homes on the northern end. There are multiple condos and lofts in Midtown and Downtown Phoenix, but also many of the historic neighborhoods are within walking distance to light rails stations.

inPhoenix made the website so that customers can simply select the property type that is labelled near or on the light rail and see everything available, including properties within walking distance or light rail stations. House Hunters can also check out the pre-mapped residential search along the light rail, which they can modify to meet their preferences.
