Inside Self Storage (ISS), the industry trade magazine and convention host, recently held a poll for readers to choose the best in the business. The PhoneSmart Call Center, a self storage marketing company, was selected as the Best Call Center for Self Storage.
Over 1,000 readers participated in the poll which was completed on the insideselfstorage.com website. There were 13 candidates in the Best Self Storage Call Center category and readers could nominate any call center that was not listed. Other categories in the poll included Best Online Directory, Best Truck Rental/Leasing, Best Customer Service and many more.
