Fastbind Announces New Products at PMA and Graphics of the Americas

With the announcement of 2 new Booxters, a new creaser and their own line of paper Fastbind expands upon thier offerings for the binding and photo album sector

Fastbind has been developing a new product or two for the last few years

In keeping with the tradition of continuing to offer a broader selection of products to their customers Fastbind announced several new Products at the recent trade shows. A new C500 creaser 2 new Booxter’s an Uno and a Trio to go with their very popular Booxter Duo and their own line of paper for the photo book market. All will begin shipping in April and May were met with great enthusiasm at the shows.

As the markets around the world are changing Fastbind sits in a unique position to evaluate worldwide trends as they develop and offer products that will fit those needs not just for the US market place but the worldwide marketplace and that serves us well for our larger customers."

The Booxter Uno is a slimmed down version of the Booxter Duo that has been shipping for a year now. It addresses the office environment where a quick and easy photo book, presentation or binding solution is needed.

The Booxter trio is a more automated version of the Booxter Duo. It automatically senses book length and staple binds the book with no intervention from the operator. This new feature allows the operator a hands free environment to gather additional content while the previous book is binding, thus greatly speeding up production.

C-500 creaser offers all the features the customers have come to expect from the C400 with the added functionality of a larger base and repositioned creasing arm.

Fastbind paper for photobooks. There appears to be another market for photo books developing, one between the high end layflat paper and traditional bond paper. Fastbind will be addressing this with their own version of paper that will be decidedly less expensive than that of the higher end papers but with more features than traditional bond paper.
