Huntsville, AL (PRWEB) February 28, 2013
The Pinnacle Schools recently passed a significant milestone in celebrating its 7th Anniversary. From its beginning in 2006 as The Pinnacle Schools' Elk River Wilderness Challenge to today's Elk River Treatment Program, more than 575 at-risk teens have been successfully treated at the residential program in north Alabama. Hundreds more have attended the alternative school in Huntsville - some choosing to finish high school at The Pinnacle Schools. "I am very proud of the fact that many of our graduates were once students that had given up on earning their high school diploma. Because The Pinnacle Schools is smaller and more intimate than a traditional classroom, these students were able to get the one-on-one attention needed to go that extra mile," said Founder, President and CEO Karen Lee.
Today The Pinnacle Schools provides four programs for at-risk teens: Elk River Treatment Program, Elk River Academy Program, Healthy Lifestyles, and Huntsville Academic Campus.
"I couldn't be more proud of the growth and success of our programs. It would not be possible without our compassionate staff that is dedicated to changing the lives of struggling teens and their families," Ms. Lee said.
Pinnacle School Huntsville provides therapeutic & academic programs for adolescents. The Elk River Treatment Program is a residential adolescent treatment program of The Pinnacle Schools, Inc.
