Pitcairn Properties Holdings, Inc. today announced the appointment of Mark Pasierb as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Pasierb will report to Eric L. Blum, Chairman and interim CEO of the Company.
“Mark is the right person to lead the Company’s daily operations in these challenging times,” Mr. Blum said. “He has the confidence of his peers and associates in the Company and the respect of our investment partners and the real estate community in general.”
Mr. Pasierb joined the Company in January 2005 as vice president of asset management and acquisitions and most recently served as senior vice president in charge of investment and asset management. He is joined in the senior management ranks by Jeffrey Brouillette, senior vice president and chief financial officer, and Anthony Noce, senior vice president and director of development.
Mr. Blum has been on Pitcairn Properties board of directors since 2004 when an investor group he heads, PPH Investments LLC, made a $50 million investment in preferred stock in the Company. Mr. Blum was elected chairman and interim CEO of the Company in September 2010.
Pitcairn was founded in 1968 and owns and/or manages 4.3 million square feet of office and residential space. It has extensive land holdings throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Michigan. The Company owns, develops and manages primarily commercial real estate.
