Plane Simple Plus is a tool that provides vital information about a customer's aircraft, including usage statistics, diagnostic information, performance details, and configurations and alerts regarding any hardware or service issues detected during the previous month.
To access Plane Simple Plus, customers log in to their Satcom Direct Plane Simple account where they can view the report at any time or elect to receive it by e-mail on a monthly basis.
Plane Simple is offered at no cost to Satcom Direct customers and allows them to manage their Satcom Direct account online at any time, such as invoice and billing records, plane setup reports, and logon and logoff activity. It also provides customers with real-time data to troubleshoot voice and data calls.
