The green versions of their industry leading BIOBASE Knowledge Library (BKL) and ExPlain Analysis Platform can assist investigators studying crop optimization, disease resistance, stress tolerance and other important areas of plant biotechnology research.

The BKL Plant offers Gene Ontology (GO) assignments, plant specific controlled vocabulary assignments for gene expression and phenotype attributes as well as signal transduction and metabolic pathway data. BKL Plant can also be integrated with ExPlain Plant for biological interpretation of large-scale plant data, including gene expression, proteomics and ChIP-chip data.
