PLS Check Cashers and PLS Loan Store Donate Six Bikes to Kenosha Grade School to Honor Students with Perfect Attendance

PLS donated six bikes to students with perfect attendance for the school ceremony on Tuesday, June 10, 2008.
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) June 9, 2008 -- At the end of every school year, Frank Elementary School in Kenosha honors students who have had perfect attendance for the school year, and awards bikes purchased with donations from local businesses. When principal Heather Connolly requested a donation from PLS Financial Services, which manages PLS Check Cashers and PLS Loan Store in Kenosha, PLS Co-President Bob Wolfberg didn't hesitate. PLS donated six bikes to students with perfect attendance for the school ceremony on Tuesday, June 10, 2008.
"PLS is dedicated to being a good neighbor in our neighborhoods," says Bob Wolfberg. "We are pleased to honor students who accomplished perfect attendance during the school year." Frank Elementary School on 57th Street in Kenosha has students in preschool through fifth grades; more than 90% of students come from low-income households.
PLS joins several other donors, including the Frank Elementary PTO and several teachers, in providing special awards for students who reached the attendance goals set by the school. Kelly Collien, Director of Operations/WI for PLS Loan Store, and Joan Schrenkel, Director of Operations/WI for PLS Check Cashers will attend the award ceremony on June 10th.
