Motivational speaker, Vince Lombardi, Jr. author and son of the legendary Vince Lombardi, one of the greatest football coaches in the history of the sport, will address the 20th Anniversary Gala of the Project Management Institute Orange County, California Chapter (PMI-OC), a widely recognized volunteer organization that promotes the development of project management as a benefit across all industries.

The PMI-OC Chapter is looking forward to hosting Mr. Lombardi at the Chapter's 20 year milestone event. "The Lombardi name is synonymous with winning. His presentation, 'High Performance People', is sure to charge the audience and inspire individuals to prepare for career success," said Derek Barraza, PMI-OC's Programs Director.

Vince Lombardi, Jr spent his early years in an atmosphere full of personal power and achievement. He has since gained outstanding success and recognition in law, politics, and sports. Currently an author and sought-after motivator, Vince's first-hand knowledge of his father's leadership techniques makes a dynamic presentation titled "High Performance People." This highly inspirational message answers the question: High Performance People, What Do They Do and How Do They Do It? All high performance people, regardless of their background, share a common outlook in terms of how they perceive themselves and the world around them.

The Gala will be preceded by PMI-OC's Fourth Annual Career Fair, where attendees may mingle with top executives to discuss career opportunities in information technology, construction, healthcare, financial services and a myriad of other cutting edge industries. This year's expanded event includes breakout sessions designed to assist job seekers. The highly anticipated industry event reaches members and hiring managers at approximately 250 companies, consistently drawing 300 to 400 attendees and 15 to 20 vendor sponsors.

About Motivational Speaker and Author Vince Lombardi, Jr.:
As the son of the late Vincent T. Lombardi, remembered as one of the greatest football coaches in history, Vince Lombardi, Jr.'s early years were spent in an atmosphere full of personal power and achievement. Armed with honesty, integrity and authenticity, virtues he places above all others, Vince earned a law degree and maintained a private practice while serving in the Minnesota legislature.

Vince made the jump from law and politics to professional football in 1975 when he joined the fledgling Seattle Seahawks as an assistant to the General Manager. He went on to become Assistant Executive Director of the National Football League Management Council as a labor negotiator and later led two United States Football League teams as President and General Manager.
