When Oneupweb bloggers are passionate about a topic, you never know what's going to happen. Or what's going to be said. Uncensored, unrehearsed, the new format for the popular StraightUpSearch podcast series gives a voice to the blog writers. And they aren't afraid to use it.

"The podcast series is an expansion of the week's most popular blog post," explains Oneupweb CEO Lisa Wehr. "We invite the author and a Oneupweb teammate familiar with the topic to discuss the online marketing issues that are having the greatest impact on the industry."

She notes that the conversation is often frank and lively.

"The podcast series still has the same humorous, unscripted discussions that StraightUpSearch is known for," says Wehr.

The new format gives all Oneupweb employees a chance to voice their opinions and expand on their viewpoints shared in the blog posts. This includes paid and natural project managers, human resources, graphic designers and more. And from Queen Elizabeth to Google, any subject is open for discussion.

The first episode in the series takes a political turn as Oneupweb's staff examines the finer points in Steve's recent blog post entitled: Democratic Debate - Capitalizing on Heated Exchanges.

This and other episodes in the podcast series can be downloaded from and, or accessed by searching "Oneupweb" on leading podcast portals.
