As the poker alias suggests the winner is indeed a woman and has won a tournament that funnily enough is called the DADDY. princessaces has in the last 10months won over $60k on Ladbrokespoker.com. princessaces now has a shot at playing for a million dollars in SKY Sports 2 televised poker tournament Poker Million VII in December.
London, Middx (PRWEB) October 29, 2008 -- Ladbrokes Poker LEOCOP IV event three 'DADDY 1' was won after eight and a half hours of play by 'princessaces' from West Lothian who scoops the princely sum of $26,097. Two hundred and eighty three had signed up to play, so the final table which was arrived at after 7 hours of play meant that the ten players had out-lasted 273 players. The last ten enjoyed significant cashes and notched up some very important points for the LEOCOP leaderboard.
The initial exits were quick, first to leave was 'stoaner' who won $1,660.75 after his A9 unsuited was beaten by an AJ, he was swiftly followed by 'eddiyates' after his set of 6s proved to be rubbish against a set of 7s. The biggest pot of the table saw two players exit simultaneously and established a new chip leader 'Simes'. 'Simes' went on to knock out three further players including former chip leader 'TraXxX' who eventually went out in sixth when his pocket Qs were beaten by 'Simes' A9 which made a full house. 'princessaces' played trip 9s to perfection to secure her place in heads up against 'Simes' after eight and half hours of play. Some great poker play ensued and finally princessaces two pair banished 'Simes' to second place and a cash of $16,607.50.

'princessaces' really showed the other players who the Daddy was last night. In addition to the LEOCOP triumph, 'princessaces' has won over $40,000 since January of this year. Her win guarantees her a place in our online poker tournament the Masters Event on November 22nd, where a Poker Million VII semi final seat awaits the winner. We're running a DADDY 2 next week with the same Buy-In ($300+ $30) and added money as last night."
He continued: "The win is a brilliant precursor to today's schedule which includes the Ladies Championship tournament with $2,500 added which starts at 20.00 GMT. I suspect that this tournament will be one of the toughest in the schedule as it is likely to have a number of the ladies from this years ELC playing it."
The $94,900 prize pool for LEOCOP Event 3 the DADDY 1 was paid down to 33, the player who placed 33rd received $664.30. There is also a 'Beat The Team' tournament tonight that begins at 19.00 GMT on Ladbrokespoker.com. 'The Beat The Team' consists of Ladbrokes poker pros, darts pros Colin Lloyd and John Part and MD of Ladbrokes Edward Ihre.
