Power Liens, the largest directory of physicians working on liens, was a featured sponsor at the 16th Annual Trial Lawyer Skills for the New Attorney
The online directory was one of a selected few of affiliates allowed to exhibit their products/services at the conference held on March 23, 2013 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel.
The Consumer Attorney of Los Angeles (CAALA) is an association that was put in place to educate, connect, and assist its member in all areas that will help them protect their clients from unsafe medicine, negligent corporate conduct, unsafe products, and unscrupulous business practices. Now that it has grown into the largest local association for plaintiffs’ attorneys, the CAALA events are a prime opportunity to meet the future decision makers of the personal injury world. The day-long event featured a number of seminars which translates to 6 hours of MCLE (Minimum Continuing Legal Education) credits.
Some of the classes from the event included: Ethics and the Trial Lawyer by Tony Luti, Client Relationships & Commencing a Lawsuit by Joseph Barrett, Written Discovery & Related Issues by Christina Coleman, Oral Discovery by David Ring, Law and Motion by Shawn McCann, Summary Judgment Motions by Jill McDonell, Pre-Trial Process by Geoffrey Wells, The Trial by Christine Spagnoli, The Trial Part II by Michael Adler, The Trial Part III by Richado Echeverria.
Power Liens was proud to be a part of the event, particularly for the high relevance they present to the attendees. Attorneys use PowerLiens.com as a free resource to help them find the doctors on liens they need for their cases. Power Liens has a directory of physicians spanning 20+ specialties (including chiropractors, orthopedists, neurologists, etc) across California, all of whom treat patients on personal injury liens. Attendees were grateful for Power Liens' sponsorship, not only for the goodies passed out at their table but for introducing them to a tool that will save their staff significant time and effort.
