Power Liens, the largest directory of physicians working on liens, was a featured sponsor at the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association's annual event last Friday.
The Arizona Trial Lawyers Association is the largest plaintiff attorney organization in Arizona. Last week, they held the 2013 Trial Lawyer's Annual Liens Seminar with over 200 Arizona attorneys in attendance. The day-long event featured a number of seminars given on different types of liens and offered attorneys up to 5.25 hours of CLE (Continuing Legal Education) credits.
The event was chaired by Thomas M. Richardson, Esq. and Friedl Richardson, P.C. and featured topics such as: "Workers’ Compensation Liens: How They Work and How to Avoid Malpractice," " The Insurance Perspective," " State Bar of Arizona Prosecutors Debate ERISA Ethics," " Know Your Medicare ABC’s: An Introduction To Reimbursement Rights Under Medicare And Medicare Advantage," " Balance Bill Liens from the Hospital Perspective & Med Pay Discussion," "Two Views from the Trenches: Defending an ERISA Subrogation Action," " Filing a DEC Action Against an Entity That Purports to be ERISA," and " AHCCCS Liens: Zen and the Art of Being a Honey Badger."
Power Liens was proud to be a part of the event, particularly for the high relevance they present to the attendees. Attorneys use PowerLiens.com as a free resource to help them find the doctors they need for their cases. Power Liens has a directory of physicians spanning 20+ specialties (including chiropractors, orthopedists, neurologists, etc) across Arizona, all of whom treat patients on personal injury liens. Attendees were grateful for Power Liens' sponsorship, not only for the goodies passed out at their table but for introducing them to a tool that will save their staff significant time and effort.
