Now, this does not need to stop and individual attempting to claim their miss-sold payment protection insurance back as now PPI Claims Advice have launched a new service on their website as of 10th August 2012 which is tailored towards those without the exact details.

PPI Claims Advice’s new service at will allocate a payment protection insurance claims expert to each individual case and they will be dedicated to finding out whether a client has a potential claim which can be made.

This move is seen to be welcome news as other claims management services start to tighten up on the amount of information required to make a successful claim, with some not even taking on the case if they are not sure a claim has a guaranteed chance of success.
