PPI Claims Management relaunches their claims management website with a new design

A recent traffic boom from potential PPI claimants and resulting feedback has led to the PPI Claims Management relaunching a more customer friendly website

The new design was developed to address common concerns held by our customers and we have had positive feedback over the past week, we have further improvements in the pipework to ensure that our customers have the best experience throughout the process

The 1st October 2012 saw the PPI Claims Management website being re-launched with an easy to use and navigate customer friendly design.

The new design is ideal for those consumers who are looking to make a payment protection quickly with data presented in a way that addresses all of the questions a claimant may have about the payment protection insurance claims process. A bright colour scheme with grey tones keeps it looking modern yet professional with bold yellow buttons attracting the customers to where their attention needs to focus so people can get their claims completed quickly and of course, efficiently.

Website visitors were consulted regarding the design prior to the start of the project and subsequent relaunch and the PPI Claims Management consultation team found that many consumers placed a priority on being able to make contact quickly. This is now possible through both the two step contact form which is straight to the point with no unnecessary fields to fill in and the appearance of a telephone contact number on the top of each web page on the site. The telephone number is said to make it easier for those who have immediate questions to be able to get in touch without having to wait for an email reply.

As research also found a general lack of information about payment protection insurance claims and what exactly makes a mis-sold PPI claim eligible the site is now working towards addressing this issue with clear guides in the works.

The new PPI Claims Management design now effectively addresses ten specific points to address common questions people have when approaching a PPI claims management service. A dedicated claims handler, checking out other loans for PPI and a speedy claims process are generally just some of the many advantages to using the PPI Claims Management website in order to make a mis-sold payment protection insurance claim.

The actual PPI claims process has also been made easier and PPI Claims Management is hoping that these important tweaks will aid the firm in handling the recent increase in the number of claims that are being made. August 2012 saw a record number of claims enquiries being submitted through the PPI Claims Management website and already in September numbers are set to be higher. Current predictions are a 11% rise in September from the numbers that August 2012 enjoyed for successful claims and a 5% growth in the number of successful claims that will be completed during the month.
