Charleston, SC (PRWEB) June 18, 2012
Henry Schein Medical will sponsor a presentation titled "Medical Practice Management Fundamentals" on Monday June 18, 2012, from 1:15-2:45 PM at the Henry Schein Dental Training Center in West Allis Wisconsin. The presentation will be followed by a co-facilitated workshop from 3:15-5:00 PM on the same day.
The program will be presented by Herbert L. Drayton III, Vice President and Health Services Administrator for the Carolina Center for Occupational Health located in Charleston, South Carolina. Herbert is also the President of OpsAssure, a web based checklist application released in March 2012. OpsAssure is designed to improve core operations in medical practices and is easily adapted to replace inefficient and costly paper checklists systems in any business.
Herbert will explore and present practical case studies that can be applied to improve clinic operations of any size. Basically, he will illustrate how effective practice management starts with the patient’s phone call requesting an appointment and ends with collection of the final amount due for a visit or procedure. Herbert will be joined by Andy Rice, National Director of Training for Henry Schein Medical to conduct a workshop following his presentation.
