Ben Cummings who is founder of Practice Building Center, the web's largest chiropractic forum and chiropractic marketing training website, has released a new episode of his WebTV show titled "Chiropractic Marketing Video #92 - Mystery of the Amazing Calvados Bottle."
Ben Cummings has been releasing a semi-weekly online TV show since 2005, the longest running such educational program for chiropractors. On this episode, Ben explains why it is important for chiropractors to "play prospective patient" within their practice.
"One of the most instructive things a chiropractor can do is to mystery shop their own practice," says Ben Cummings. "The scariest moment for a doctor is when he disguises his voice and calls in to his own practice to book an appointment, only to discover how horribly those phone calls are being handled on a regular basis," Ben says.
This weeks episode is 14 minutes long and features a number of current and relevant topics pertaining to growing and managing a chiropractic practice. Each episode also features a chiropractic marketing tactic to get new patients.
Another topic Ben discusses on this episode is the impact of price on the net income. "Did you know that a mere 1% increase on prices, will result in an average profit increase of 10%," says Ben. "It is amazing the impact that small price increases has on a doctors income," Ben says.
Also on this episode, Ben shares the interesting marketing lesson found in a $75 bottle of French Calvados liquor which contains an apple grown inside its bottle. "There is a brilliant marketing lesson that we learned from a French liquor manufacturer that I share on this episode, that has interesting implications to marketing a practice," Ben says.
Where can a chiropractor learn more about this episode? "Chiropractors can now access my semi-weekly WebTV episode at my chiropractic marketing membership site along with some excellent complimentary high level training videos as well," says Ben.
Ben thinks this is important information for chiropractors, and asks chiropractors to Like his Page on Facebook to learn exclusive tips and tricks. "I'd appreciate your help in spreading the word amongst chiropractors," says Ben Cummings.
