In an effort to bring greater benefits and interoperability to their customers, OAISYS, an industry leader in business call recording solutions, and prairieFyre, a leading developer of web-based multimedia contact center software, proudly announce a partnership for integration of the OAISYS Tracer call center recording solution with prairieFyre's Customer Interaction Solutions portfolio for the Mitel 3300 IP Communications Platform.

This integration will enable us to continue to provide industry-leading solutions that improve the quality and service levels of contact centers - it's a natural fit.

    Users of the prairieFyre contact center solution will enjoy tightly integrated Tracer functionality, allowing them to seamlessly start and stop, retrieve and playback call recordings, all through the prairieFyre Contact Center Management application on their desktops. The integration is planned for release in the first quarter of 2008.
