TelStar Hosted Services, Inc., “Your Call Center in The Cloud”™, a leading provider of communications-as-a-service via the cloud for hosted call center operations, announced today the launch of a new Lead Referral Program for channel partner development. The Lead Referral Program compensates individuals and businesses, such as resellers, system integrators, consultants, business associations and other IT professionals, by paying referral fees for sales of TelStar Hosted Services’ hosted contact center services, interactive voice response (IVR) voice messaging services, or a combination of these. The new program pays a referral fee for leads that result in closing new sales, based on applicable fees collected from the client and verified by the signed Sales Order Confirmation form.

Referring companies will be paid via check mailed within 30 days after the end of the month in which the referred client’s payment is collected. Referrers also will earn referral fees on upgrade or expansion sales to the referred client within 90 days of the referred client’s signed sales order.
