Helping others achieve their health and nutrition goals is what Isabel De Los Rios loves to do. In fact, De Los Rios has spent much of her life educating people on how to effectively and permanently lose weight. During her pregnancy Isabel took her own advice and focused on remaining stress free, happy and calm. Applying her nutrition and exercise knowledge De Los Rios created a unique diet-and-fitness plan for herself which allowed her to enjoy a vibrant pregnancy and deliver a healthy baby boy. It also enabled her return to her pre-pregnancy weight just two weeks after giving birth.
