Paramus, NJ (PR Web), September 19, 2012 – The much-anticipated, all-new Range Rover is coming soon, and Prestige Jaguar Land Rover of Paramus is ready to accept reservations from customers wishing to own this model. The 2013 Range Rover is a lighter, more powerful and more economical upgrade over its predecessors, breaking new ground in SUV design and performance.

Prestige Jaguar Land Rover's General Sales Manager, Greg Fioretti, says that the anticipation for this model has been building for months. “The Range Rover is an iconic SUV with a loyal following, and our customers are definitely fired up about this vehicle,” said Fioretti. “We’ve been getting calls about the new Range Rover since the redesign was first announced, and they’ve multiplied now that the new design has been revealed.”

While easily recognizable as a Range Rover, the innovative 2013 model employs a more modern, streamlined shape than the outgoing model, with fewer prominent design elements and smoother, more fluid lines. Taking a cue from the Range Rover Evoque, the lightest, most fuel efficient Range Rover ever produced, the 2013 Range Rover’s chassis shaves nearly 850 pounds from the weight of the 2012 model. This lightweight, all-aluminum frame (a first for any SUV), is forged in one piece for improved stability and durability. It contributes to increased fuel efficiency and faster acceleration from the Range Rover’s LR-V8 engine.

Luxury and cutting edge technology are always important facets of the Range Rover experience, and this 2013 model has plenty of new features to offer. An available sliding panoramic roof brightens up the cabin, while a power split tailgate provides flexibility and versatility. The interior also adds comfort features, with 4.7 additional inches of rear legroom and reclining rear seats standard on every vehicle. Available options include parking assist, and front and rear massage seats.

The new Range Rover will be available in four trim levels as before, but the names have changed slightly. The base model, formerly known as the HSE, is now called the “Range Rover” and starts at $83,500. Starting at $88,500, the “HSE” replaces the now-defunct HSE LUX specification. The Range Rover Supercharged and Range Rover Autobiography name badges remain the same, and they are now priced from $99,950 and $130,950, respectively.

Prestige Jaguar Land Rover is simultaneously rolling out the 2013 Range Rover “configurator” application on its website, where customers can explore the trim levels, view exterior and interior colors, select option packages, and request a quote or order their new Range Rover. Interested customers may also contact General Sales Manager Greg Fioretti at (201) 987-8900 to reserve a new Range Rover.
